Our first visit in this city is a high, literally and otherwise. Atop the Euromast, we have a 360 degree view of Rotterdam--old, new, land, water.
A lush green garden, with its spring blossoms, is visible at the foot of the Euromast, bringing all the elements together in a very urban setting.
