Three hours in Delft III

And this is a statue of Grotius, to whom we attribute one of the three lenses of international relations theory. This lens places institutions, laws and regimes at the centre of the field, where the others address force (Hobbes) and ideals (Kant).
As a mark of disciplinary solidarity, he gets his own post, although he is standing in front of the Niewe Kerk!
